Doug brings a great deal of expertise derived from a wide range of professional experience. As a pastor, leading several churches both here and abroad, Doug’s core motivation is honoring God. His path also led him into business and politics. As to the latter, he successfully served almost a decade and a half as a Planning Commissioner, City Councilman and Mayor of a city of over 100,000 residents.

Through this experience and more he developed the ability to deftly dance in the space between business and government to solve problems and help both sides find a way to ‘yes.’ While this skill is attractive to a wide variety of industries, he focuses on telecommunications. Currently, he is the Vice President of Frontier Communications, a Verizon Company. His scope of work covers the entire state of California.

Doug brings this varied and valuable skill set to Real Estate. His experience working in Private Equity focused on Real Estate investment, his understanding of the entitlement process, his ability to work with all levels of government to move projects forward and more all allow him to bring a great deal of value to his clients, both individual and commercial.
